Truck-safe navigation stays in the app
Drivers run a six-tab mobile app. There is no driver web product — download the app, do not look for a login on this site.
- In-app HERE navigation with a truck profile, heading-up camera, and route hazard cards — low bridges, weight limits, railway crossings, gates, serious crashes. Alerts stay in the app (no lock-screen push while navigating).
- One-tap BOL and POD with finger e-sign. Rate confirmation is read-only. Document types open by trip stage.
- Monday-to-Monday earnings, receipt scan with OCR, and multi-category expenses (fuel, toll, repair, food, detention, layover, lumper, and more).
Warehouse
Turn dock doors faster — without a WMS
Trucktorie is facility yard, dock, and gate operations. It is not inventory software.

- Check-in runs in_queue → called_to_dock → at_dock → loading or unloading → sealed → checked_out.
- Gate-in starts dwell. Each facility sets a free-time threshold; overtime is detention.
- Lumper has two axes: carrier authorization and facility collection. Unpaid tickets block gate-out unless a manager or supervisor records an override.

These limits are architectural. They are not a toggle on a settings screen.

Carriers, brokers, and warehouses share a load when the business says so. They do not share a pile of columns.
Tenant Row Level Security
Company, broker, and warehouse scopes are enforced in Postgres. Staff sessions revoke when access changes.
Column-limited views
Brokers and warehouses read purpose-built views. Driver GPS, driver pay, and dispatcher commission are not on those views.
Private files, short-lived URLs
Storage buckets are private. Downloads use signed URLs. There is no public document bucket.
History you can replay
No hard delete in product flows. Load events and admin audit logs keep an immutable trail.
