Payroll, IFTA, and the empty miles

Staff sub-accounts, unified payroll records, IFTA, True RPM, and earnings by driver. Web is primary.

A day in the role

  1. Staff and drivers

Invite office staff at viewer, editor, or manager. Create drivers with email or an invite code. Access changes revoke sessions.

  2. Close payroll

Create settlements and dispatcher statements, add deductions and reimbursements, approve, mark paid. The product records the week; it does not send ACH.

  3. File the quarter

IFTA uses GPS state miles, fleet MPG, consumed versus purchased gallons, and explicit overrides. Mileage adjustments stay audit-only.

  4. Read the empty miles

True RPM, deadhead percent, and earnings-by-driver net (earning minus fuel, toll, recurring, salary) export to PDF or XLSX.
