Documents and eBOL

Nine document types — BOL, POD, rate confirmation, seal, temperature, scale ticket, lumper receipt, cargo, and other — with finger e-sign on the phone. Internal approval and broker visibility are separate flags, so a signed POD can sit internally before a broker ever sees it. Trip-stage gating keeps BOL around pickup, POD around delivery, and temperature on reefer loads.
